Christy Landwehr has been active in the horse industry for over 25 years. Hunter/jumper, dressage, western pleasure, endurance riding and saddle seat equitation are just some of the disciplines Christy has competed in at the local, regional and national levels. Teaching children and adults how to ride for over 15 years through her company CJL Training. Christy is a Master Level Riding Instructor through the Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) and has been involved in 4-H, FFA and Pony Club. She is the current President of the American Youth Horse Council (AYHC). She also founded and coached the University of Colorado at Boulder equestrian team.

With an undergraduate degree in public relations and speech communication and a masters degree in mass communication and journalism, Christy has vast experience in marketing and sales. She was the Sponsorship and Youth Programs Manager for the International Arabian Horse Association, a trainer for Skill Path Seminars, and the development director for The Urban Farm that works with at-risk youth in Denver. Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer for CHA, as well as a clinic instructor and site accreditator for the organization. Christy lives in Aurora, Colorado with her husband, John, their two sons, horses, a dog and a cat.

Tracy Schmidt graduated with a BFA in graphic design. She worked 10 years at the Arabian Horse Association, specializing in graphic design, publishing, advertising, corporate identity, website and e-commerce, marketing and sales. She has worked with thousands of horse owners, breeders, trainers, exhibitors and industry-related businesses to evolve their marketing, advertising and customer basees. She has also provided the Association with marketing, sales and e-commerce campaigns that have increased revenues as much as 411%.

Tracy continues to provided consulting services through her freelance company, SOL Design, established in 1994, and works closely with non-profits, small businesses, consultants, product and service companies. She develops corporate identites, marketing and sales campaigns and designs marketing and promotional packages. Her successes are in her abilities to provide her clients with innovative solutions to their business needs and small budgets.
